Hello everyone!

Welcome to this week's edition of Rebuild Tuesday, a weekly event we're doing along with our Discord!

Just as with the last two weeks, we're trying something a bit different from usual; instead of asking you to rebuild an existing Pokémon, we're asking you to speculate on what the movesets for an upcoming Pokémon might look like and where you think it'd end up in the meta if it does have those moves!

This week's Pokemon is Galarian Moltres!

#146 Galarian Moltres (Japanese ファイヤー Fire)

Malevolent Pokémon

Introduction:

Galarian Moltres is Dark/Flying. Its ability is Berserk, which increases its special attack by one stage if its current HP is brought down to 1/2 or less of its maximum HP. It has a signature Dark-type special move called Fiery Wrath, which deals damage and has a chance to flinch the target. Its potential to be bulky and have some sort of recovery will benefit it in conjunction with its ability. This is especially true considering the reduced Stealth Rock damage it will take compared to its Kantonian form. As long as its base stats are good, Galarian Moltres may be able to become a 'Yveltal lite' in the OU meta.
