[Rebuild Tuesday] SwSh Meta Predictions: Regieleki!

Hello everyone!

Welcome to this week's edition of Rebuild Tuesday, a weekly event we're doing along with our Discord!

Continuing with the series from the last few weeks, instead of asking you to rebuild an existing Pokémon, this week we're asking you to speculate on what the movesets for an upcoming Pokémon might look like and where you think it'd end up in the meta if it does have those moves!

This week's Pokemon is Regieleki!

#??? Regieleki (Japanese レジエレキ Regieleki)

Electron Pokémon

Introduction:

Regieleki is a pure Electric-type legendary Pokemon. Its ability is Transistor, which has an unknown effect, but judging from its reveal description, may boost the power of Electric-type moves. Regieleki is another Pokemon shrouded in mystery, but we do have its signature move, Thunder Cage. This move does damage and continues to inflict damage for four turns, trapping the opponent and preventing them from switching out, making Regieleki a potent trapper. This is a good opportunity to hypothesize base stats and movepool that will give Regieleki the edge it needs to become a potent OU threat!
