This growlithe really gave me a lot of trouble but it turned out good in the end. Any others i should do?

Iv played Pokémon since I was a kid when red and blue came out. I'm now 29 and I still play Pokémon games daily. Recently Iv join some Facebook groups and Iv been trading Pokémon left and right. Getting a sweet shiny just takes my mind off the stress and craziness the world is going through right now. Whenever I'm feeling down I just pick up my switch and start trading, training, or battling. Thank you Pokémon for giving me a safe place to escape to.
